my mum went to the opticians and they referred her to moorfields i took her by train to the hospital accident and emergency department. the receptionist was friendly and helpful and the nurse was very quick and efficient with all the patients so we didnt wait to long. after she saw the second nurse he identified her vision was very poor. the wait to see the doctor was very long and we did wait at least 3 hours in total 5 hours which i would find the negative comment but all in all the staff were nice we are going back for a xray and the doctors will tell her more information. unfortanetly we went on a bank holiday sunday so we have to go back for a xray but this is all better than waiting for a letter from a local hospital which would have been at least 4 weeks till anyone even saw her condition.
"my mums has lost her vision in the last 3 month"
