i cannot believe the amount of unnecessary receptionists on nearly all desks. 4 in minor inhuries, 3 in outpatients, 3 in the dental. the unnecessary salaries could be much better spent on more consultants/doctors. i have just sat in op for over an hour watching two staff members wandering round with absolutely nothing to do.
