"Hull area needs another A&E"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Spent 5 hours there when my husband was admitted by ambulance in the early evening. All the rooms and cubicles where taken and both sides of the corridor was filled with people on trollies awaiting treatment. Staff did their very best in appalling circumstance and I couldn't fault the staff but the A&E department itself is not fit for purpose, it was too small, very shabby and quiet honestly not a pleasant experience. I visited the toilet to find the seat broken and falling off, health and safety at its worst.
