My wife had a fall and fractured her pelvis. We were seen and x-ray'd quickly and no hanging about in corridors. In further assessment the staff were attentive and informative and we had no need to ask for anything or for information. That worked so well for us and the hospital as we did not need to interrupt their important work to find out what was happening etc. Surprisingly impressed!
