There is a problem trying to get to talk to some one when you call the Appliances Department. I dont feel its the staffs fault ,they always seem to be working hard. But the fact is communication is very poor probably cause it appears they dont have enough allowed time to pick the phone up and deal with patient problems. It never used to be like this. Not picking the phone up is something new along with only being able to call and pick your stuff up on two afternoons per week !. Things have go quite a bit worse of late. Its very frustrating from where we are. ps when your are asked which department you went to when leaving a feedback there is no Appliances Department to select.
