Promised letter to consultant would be posted on day of appointment .It took four weeks and countless phone calls to have it faxed to consultants hospital.Excuses it had been sent this used on at least three occasions.The fax machine was broken and member of staff knew nothing about it.Had to make own appointment for MRI scan.Absolutely shocking ser vice,adding extra stress at a time when it,s the last thing needed
