I found the staff very helpfull in every way.

this is more to do with after our visit ,when we received a letter from our Doctors surgery moaning about us using the Hospital due to costs, saying we should use the walk in centre or use them or phone the direct line. we followed a sign to what we beleived to be the walk in centre .All of our family pay national insurance willingly , but the North St Surgery see only cost instead of patient care, our incident happened at 21-45 in the evening . Ibeleive some who might receive letters of this nature will not seek help with injuries due to being given bad information ( a copy of this letter is avaliable if any parties are interested to see).
