"What's happened?"

I attended after a visit to GP visit who recommended a chest X ray. The staff advised if we waited, we could get it done fairly quickly. We did this and all went smoothly with the exception of the lack of facilities to have a drink or bite to eat. What has happened to the Cafe in the entrance. Apparently, not enough customers! Would this have anything to do with half the building being used as offices instead of for patients, particularly the Hardwyke ward
