"Nasty doctor at Glasgow Infirmary"

I have a rare blood disorder and require regular medical attention from the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

Last night I had to go to hospital and the treatment I received was to say the least very bad. The doctor treating me was a bully and I felt intimidated. The comments he was coming out with were uncalled for and unacceptable. I have lived with my disorder all my life and this doctor said I knew nothing about my condition and he knew more because he had googled it. I was given my usual medication but when this did not help, due to being kept waiting for more than an hour, he refused to give me any more unless I took up a bed which I do not need. He also refused to contact my consultant and accused me of lying on a number of occasions. His manner was very abrupt and he seemed to thing he could say and do as he pleased. I wish to take this matter up with the complaints department as soon as possible.
