I accompanied a friend to a breast clinic today. We waited over an hour having been told nothing about the waiting time, reason for the delay or the process of what would be happening at the one stop clinic. A simple explanation of the reasons for the delays the fact that there was only one Doctor and Nurse running the clinic would have helped ease anxieties.
