What could be improved
The clinical room i was seated in during my wait in the accident and emergency department has blood splatters on the floor, smeared blood on the door and on the hand towel holder. This room was clearly not cleaned before we were allowed to sit in it. After a short while of asking we were allowed to move into a much cleaner clinical room.
