"No advice no treatment"

I went toA&E with GP referral letter in hard pain. When I said not in use Ibuprofen as have stomach problem they write in card I am happy with my pain. Been waiting for 4 1/2 hours. Saw few doctors without out communication between. No information , no communication with patient. They didn't send any information to my GP, no referee letter for test! What they been talk I been send home with pain and painkillers (Ibuprofen) No advice, no treatment
