"my 2 admissions within 1 wk"

self harm overdoses of which i've a long history. 2 times recently. id also taken alcohol on both occasions. while the care from staff nurses was good the same cant be said of mental health worker who saw me on both occasions. id not meant to kill myself they opined. The worker even contacted the hostel that have played such a part in my current state of being homeless and suicide, and did so without my consent which I was very unhappy about. I found the worker hard cold and with no regard of my mental state.
