Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. Taken to the ENT department quickly. After ¾ hour I had a hearing test and then waited ¾ hour to see the consultant Mr Skinner. He was extremely thorough and explained my condition and next steps to be taken. A very positive experience all round.
