"Two simple things could have been better at Wexham..."

Halfway through a 3 hour wait, I was thirsty and as there wasn't any water I put £1. 50 into the drinks machine but nothing came out. The reception staff tried to help but couldn't sort out the machine so I had a long thirsty wait to be seen. I do not think the doctor who examined my face had washed his hands as they didn't smell too good! Two simple things which don't require any qualifications to organise - there surely should be water in A & E and there should be a notice about doctors washing their hands or putting on gloves in front of patients!
