"Praise for James Ward and staff"

About: Conquest Hospital

My Mother recently spent 7 days in James Ward and found all the staff extremely pleasant. She was very impressed with the cleanliness of the ward and found the food extremely good. We did feel there may have been a slight lack of communication between the consultant and the staff on the ward. We also felt that the consultant may not be aware of the difficulty of getting follow up appointments
