"Horrible experience a&e."

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

I was sent to A&E by the walking centre in the icc in oldham. As i had all the signs and symptoms of appendisitis. On arrivel in a&e the receptionist was very nice. I was seen 2 hours later by a nurse in A&E. By this point i was in so much pain i could hardley walk. The nurse did my blood pressure then sent me back to the waiting room.where i had to wait another hour to be seen by a doctor. When i got seen by the doctor ahe turned around to me and said you have a water infection . Believe me i didnt have a water infection i get them alot and know what they feel like l. Tuesday morning i decieded to go to my doctors as the pain was atill unbareable he then did all the regular check for appendisitis and i was digonosed with a kidney infect. I was given a course of antibiotics and started feeling my self again in 2 weeks .i know it not easy being a a&e nurse \ doctor but it unexceptable to miss digonise someone and leave then in thatuch pain for up to 4 hours!!
