"well, i must admit that the ambulance ..."

About: Ealing Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

well, i must admit that the ambulance staff at ealing hospital is brilliant, very very helpfull kind and caring.

What could be improved

the jobs should only be given to people who really want to help others not to be in hospital for permanenet jobs or just to get paid. no one personally want to go into the hospital without a good reason.if there is a situation someone has to go so then the staff should be behaving in caring and respcting manners not shouting and giving them bad looks or ignoring them.

Anything else?

i am first time pregnant and have choosen ealing unfortunately but that time i never new that ealing had bad reputation. i was very nervous once in my first trimaster and went into A&E i was waitng there for more then 3 hours when the person saw me and said sorry you have to wait in harmony to be seen by there doctors i sat there for another 3 ours and the DR said sorry it's not my job to provie you with antenatal care you should go back to A&E and ask for help i was so upset and started crying i said to her all i want to know is just to check if my baby is fine. i need to listen to the heart beat. after long time when i startedshouting that this is not fare. i have been treated like an animal since this morning so they decided to put me on bed and said midwife is on their way to check you have to be patience because we have only one midwife operating on their own today we are very busy so sorry...after another hour a student nurese arrived and checked my babies heartbeat i asked them i was wating for the midwife and they said sory they is really busy it is sunday i said so what that mean mean if iwent on to labour on sunday with other coulpe of ladies there would be no midwife to help us out...it was so ridiculous i waited form 11.30 to 7.45 on sunday and seen all that happening to my self . was terified becuase i will be going to deliver my baby there how scary and upsetting.
