About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was seen through A&E after a faint and head injury. He was triaged within minutes of us arriving.

After seeing the A&E doctor he was admitted to the children's ward for further tests and observation. He saw various doctors throughout his stay, all of whom were great with him. They listened and talked to him, told him what was happening, and performed thorough examinations.

He had many tests and examinations and never felt uncomfortable or worried. All the staff were supportive to us as parents also. I can't fault the care and service provided.
