I went into a&e on mon 8th sept am and the staff and speed at which I was seen was amazing( a head nurse I think) is an asset to your department calm friendly polite helpful and in amongst a very chaotic shift still made me feel I had one on one care, I had a terrible episode of A FIB never heard of it before and was assured many times I was fine and wouldn't die! I am a bit dramatic! I went up to ccu and spent the next 20 hours being cared for ( and made to laugh ) by the fantastic staff. My only gripe is a 3 month wait to see a cardiologist? I feel I have loads of questions no answers and a long wait to see if I'm happy with my meds etc, I also don't want to spend my life on these and would like to discuss other options too but have quite a long wait now! A thumbs up to queens amongst very bad press
