About: St James's University Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with bowel cancer in April and then quickly referred to see a consultant. I was taken into hospital the next day and was operated on the next day.

I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated how quickly they acted, and the compassion and care I received was excellent.

Thank you for replying I'm glad that you have passed on my comments. I think that it is important that people know when they have helped someone and given excellent care.

Would you please also thank the staff on ward j44 they were fantastic. One nurse in particular took time to wash n dry my hair for me. Such a small mundane thing you may think, but such a big thing for me at the time. Thank you x
