Suggestions for room 2 (one of the disabled access rooms):

Re. facilities for disabled service users:

• The cord on the blind is missing so you need to stand on the bed to open and close the blind. So perhaps replace the cord

• The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t work

• It would be helpful to move the drawers/lamp closer to the bed, so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn it off

• The toilet seat isn’t attached to the toilet, and the shower head falls out of the holder quite easily

• And there seems to be some blood on the wall above the sink
