"Appointments are always cancelled"

If you are an nhs patient trying to have a scan or see a specialist, in my experiance you will have a long line of cancelled appointments. It took three appointments before I finally had a scan appointment they kept and I have just my 7th appointment to see the specialist again cancelled and put back. I can only assume that when a private patient wants an appointment us nhs patients get bumped down the list. I would suggest you go for an nhs hospital if you get the choice, I was never given a choice so have to put up with this awful service!
