About: Trafford General Hospital

I have just had a operation under the care of mr Roy on ward 12. My care could not have been any better. The medical, nursing and support staff were all very friendly and keen to provide a very professional service. I chatted with a number of patients who had received a broad spectrum of treatment and all agreed they had received the same level of care. I have had cause in the past to complain about the service I received in an NHS hospital, which was an experience I did not enjoy. This recent experience has fully restored my faith in the NHS. Please do pass my comments to the appropriate staff, they should be very proud of the service they provide. Arthur Kerr.
