"Postitive experience"

This is one of my first visits to hospital in ages, I had severe tonsilltis and was in extruciating pain, on the way to hospital the paramedics were so kind, helpful and positive. When I got to the hospital the doctor asked if I had any questions and was polite; the nurse when trying to cheer me up, as I was scared, was very nice and positive and helped me a lot, really positive experience.
