"Appointment after 111 call."

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

We took our 1 year old son for an appointment which had been arranged following a consultation with a 111 advisor. The process was really easy the reception staff where very helpful. The doctor that we saw was extremely approachable and very thorough and gave our son a thorough examination. The doctor put us at ease and was very good with our son who was quite distressed. Wish we could thank him personally.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on the service you and your son received at Ilkeston Hospital Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) after seeking advice from the 111 service.
