"service at Bideford Hospital Excellent"

Thank You to the staff at the Bideford hospital. I took my son Alan to the minor injury at approx 8 pm and was greeted and booked in by a member of staff. We had seen him before as my son plays football and has visited before. The member of staff was very kind and friendly. He asked a nurse to look at Alan`s foot where she assessed his injury. The treatment was discussed and made clear. A follow up plan was also put in place if we needed to review this after 24 hours. We recently moved from Barnstaple to Bideford and this has become our first stop for minor injurys. This has not been the first time we have received outstanding service at Bideford because they were also very helpful when Alan burnt his hand while working. We have never had to wait a long time and have always been assessed very quickly. Thank you to all staff for doing a wonderful job for us all.
