"Very unsatisfactory - lack of co-ordination"

About: New Cross Hospital

I visited the Dermatology 24th July with a lump on my leg.A Sample was taken for biopsy was taken and the lump was cauterised and i was told i must come back in three weeks. As the appointment did not come i had to ring up to get a cancelation. I went to the appointment on 22nd Aug and was told the sample was inconclusive and the lump must be removed for biopsy.I signed a consent form and appointment came for 9th Sept. Isaw a doctor how said it would have to be taken out by a surgen and sent me on my way If cancer is involved why have i been messed about like this?
