"I walked away knowing I could tackle my problems"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC

(as the patient),

I went to my GP regarding my problems with alcohol and depression after using the lifeline service. The GP recommended the in house counselling service which is very local. It was a one to one meeting which suited my persona perfectly.

The sessions were very good and I found I learnt about the deep lying problems of my addiction. I walked away knowing how I should tackle my problems confidently
