"A visit to Urodynamics "

I would like to say how impressed I was with my treatment, a very undignified procedure was made acceptable by the charming members of staff led by Nurse Coral? ? , another nurse and doctor whose names I have not to hand. Also I was impressed regarding the general cleanliness of the department and communal areas, not always up to scratch in other establishments.

One worrying occurrence I could not fail to observe, while I was waiting for the lifts outside Costa Coffee a volunteer was directing a couple of women to a department, as they walked away she called out to them for all to hear that it was well makred GUM clinic.

This seemed to me a shocking breach of confidentiality in such a public area, I'm sure it was meant to be helpful but could have been handled better.
