"Appointment procedures at Wythenshawe Hospital"

I find Wythenshawe Hospital to be very good overall.

My only issue is that recently, just before an appointment at the hospital, I got a cold. Not wanting to go into hospital with a cold because it could affect the other patients, I cancelled my appointment and asked if it could be rescheduled. I was told it couldn't be and I would have to go back to my GP to start the process all over again.

After waiting 2 months to get the appointment in the first place, getting bounced back to my GP is quite frustrating.
