About: Newport Cottage Care Centre Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Went to the GP in August about my shoulder (Arthritis? ) referred me to the physiotherapist. Heard from TRAQS a few days later. Cottage care rang up Wednesday for an appointment on Saturday. Have been twice, I presume it is on-going.
