i tried for one hour to speak to a nurse on Lyndon 3 but nobody bothered to answer phone is anybody on duty there ? that is to-day 10 th of sept. between 3 pm and 4 30 why is this ?

I am sorry that you didn’t receive a response to your call to Lyndon 3 on 10th September. I have looked into this issue with the nursing staff on the ward who realise that at times on that afternoon they were not able to answer the telephone quickly enough. The team is very sorry that they were not able to respond to your call, but they are putting in arrangements to help resolve this. Thank you for your feedback. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive.
