About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Try calling A and E - if you do get through to ask about your injured mum, they give no information - fob you off- say call again! You call again and there's no answer. Call again and they hang up. Only option is to travel 50 miles or more - worried and uninformed. Bad system. No communication... nobody cares

Dear Anonymous, I was so sorry to read of your poor experience of trying get information about your family member. We are exceptionally busy at this time of the year in Accident and Emergency Department and as long as you are able to provide the full name, date of birth and address of the patient concerned we can provide this. Please do get in touch and if you wish we can provide a more detailed explanation of the background to this event. We are available in the Patient Experience Team on 01279 82 70 84 from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
