I cannot fault the treatment I received from being diagnosed to surgery and one night stay over, the whole team that are involved with this department are really caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. They understand what you are feeling being diagnosed with cancer and are one step ahead of you, the BCN deal and do a fantastic job under what is a very stressful time in someone's life. The day surgery nurses are really thoughtful and put you at ease, even while you are being hooked up ready for surgery the staff have a chat and laugh which isn't always easy. Russell's hall please keep up the good work that you provide for the West Midland people.
