What I liked
Very clean, and mostly friendly staff(80% were really nice)
What could be improved
communication regarding drug treatment from consultant to ward doctor to nursing staff was terrible leaving patients with no treatment starting for over 14 hours. Patients were heard to ask staff for their drugs and remind them what they were for. Sleeping was nearly impossible as lights were left on full for most of the night. Only strong requests produced any action.
Anything else?
Diplomas Of Excellence(proudly displayed on the main corridor ) are difficult to take seriously, apart from cleanliness which is impressive, when you encounter the apallingly poor communication skills between those diagnosing and those doctors overseeing the carrying out of the treatments and drug administration.
