"no comunication between doctors"

About: Tameside General Hospital

my husband has just been discharged by a doctor who did not know anything about what other more senior doctors has recommended.he was supposed to go to another ward from mau for further tesrs .it was all arranged as far as his family knew.he was sent home with wrong meds even sister on ward said she was so sorry and knew he needed further treatment but she could do nothing against a doc descision I will be making a complaint.
