"Couldn't fault the treatment"

About: Cromer Hospital

Having sustained a cut to my head, and bleeding quite badly I called my surgery for advice. To be honest I felt fobbed off that " the nurses were all booked through till 6pm (it was around 4.30pm) and that I should go to the A&E at Cromer hospital as they deal with head injuries" luckily my wife was available to drive me there. From the moment I arrived at the Berstein Minor Injuries Unit I was registered and processed promptly and efficiently by all the staff on duty. I was fully briefed on what was happening throughout and very satisfied with the treatment and sound advice I was given. The team were a credit to the NHS and I couldn't fault the excellent treatment. Many thanks
