What I liked
i was in a day clinic for carpel tunnel i had the test and told thay where in a bad way sent home and not had any letters to have them done then 6 weeks a go had a t c scan still dont know what it show ed i am so worried but just keep waiting for a letter. why do thay say thay are realy good but why do thay take there time sending letter out please could someone help me please
What could be improved
even if thay have to keep poeple waiting thay could send a letter out saying you have not for got about us
