I have been a patient at the R.V.I hospital for the past couple of years and I have to say cannot find any fault it. I honestly believe if some people had to travel to my local hospital for treatment they would know just how lucky they really are to have the R.V.I and the Freeman hospitals on their door steps ( if it was not because my wife's family living near to where we currently live, I would move to Newcastle tomorrow ) I find all staff pleasant & polite' helpful. I always feel I am being treat as individual and not as just cattle, I feel very confident with the treatment I receive at both hospitals which are run like clockwork, I have never seen rubbish in aisle ways I cannot recall either hospital being dirty both are always very clean. Both hospital come to the top of my list. Top marks to the R.V.I & The Freeman hospitals
