"wonderfull tratment"

I have recently had an operation at the hospital and can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and sincerity and honesty of all the staff in the operating room admission floor 2, the staff in the operating room and recovery room floor 1 and all the staff in ward 8. They are all to be congratulated for the attention I received and the helpfulness and friendliness of them all. Nothing was too much trouble. They all made what was a worrying and anxious time for me into a real friendly enviroment and they allayed all my fears and worries. Thank you all so very much from me and my Husband.
