"Ambulance arrived within 3/4 mins ..."

What I liked

Ambulance arrived within 3/4 mins of 999 call and the two lady ambulance personnel were first class in all areas.

In Accident & Emergency was seen immediately; doctors and nurses were excellent.

Transferred to Medical Assessment Unit where treatment continued by another set of excellent doctors and nurses.

Then to Cardiac Care Unit where procedure resolved problem. Excellent doctors and nurses again. Given reasonable meal and able to go home - all in one day - excellent overall.

All the staff in all departments were pleasant, friendly and seemed very competent.

What could be improved

Liaison between three departments could have been better, but this is insignificant compared to the overall excellent standard of performance.
