"My dad's stay on ccu"

My father has today come off coronary care unit onto h4 ward.Ccu was fantastic from beginning to end.His care from all staff was polite caring informative and respectful.At 94 years that is exactlly how it should be.well done Ccu. h4 what a sham! so different .arrogant staff can't or won't answer any questions and no notes.he has been in hospital 9days where are his notes? This ward needs a complete shake up,it's noisy shabby and no one has the time of day for you.No-one came to see my dad for 24hours until I asked what was happening to him. How can wards and staff be so different ,they are all supposed to be caring professionals.north manchester has been in my life for 63 years I was born there.my parents and myself have the utmost respect for all departments we have ever used and all staff, what's happened. to H4? Very disappointing.
