"NHS 111 Service"

Just wanted to say what wonderful care and service we received following a call to 111. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and efficient. My dad was having chest pains and after answering a few questions an ambulance was dispatched. It arrived in no-time and after many checks, he was sent to the hospital. He was out later that evening after treatment, and is happily now well again. Wanted to thank all involved.
