"good and bad-one major issue"

About: Manor Hospital

whilst in ward 10,there was one nurse on night shift, she was exceptionally rude.Other night staff were wonderful and to them,I am very grateful. On ward 20B,there was one night nurse who was also very rude.i remarked on this when i was visited by a member of staff asking for comments. The biggest issue with the hospital is a&E department. There is a secondary waiting area where patients are often treated.I was forced to undertake an enema, despite being separated from other patients, only by a curtain.I was then dependent on a single toilet, with a broken lock on the door and blood, vomit and faeces all over it.On 2 occasions,I left the hospital simply because of the disgraceful situation with that toilet and the shameful treatment applied whilst in a waiting area. My final complaint-and one that I wish to be conveyed to all staff-when I was in ward 20B,we were all assured that we should not worry about our state of undress as the large windows were tinted and nobody could see from outside.recently, whilst driving by,I noticed that you can,in fact, see everything inside that area and staff should never reassure patients with false information. Aside from these serious issues,I was very happy with the level of care I received from the dedicated staff at the manor. in section 4 where it is required that you describe which department you visited,I was first in A&E,then ward 10,then ward 20B
