"Don't get ill or if you so pray you don't get sent..."

The nurses on the wards are rude unhelpful and impolite, they treat their patients like they are an inconvenience and would rather sit with their colleagues eating crisps and having a drink (while their patients don't even have water) call buttons are placed up out of the way so people can't call them, patients left waiting hours for bed pans and told to "just go" we will clean you up later, medical records are falsified (saying patient is eating breakfast dinner and supper when they haven't eaten a thing) medication not given on time and the wrong amounts, this is truly the worst hospital in London, I am proud that we live in a country that has the NHS and I know a lot of people do a great job, but this hospital is a disgrace and the nursing staff needs to completely replaced.
