"Dealing with coeliac"

My story is about finding out I was a coeliac. It is a life changing because you cannot eat all the nice things you liked before when you cannot have anything that contains wheat and gluten. It completely changes your diet if you read all the labels on your food, you are very limited in the food line and all the foods you can eat are so expensive. I'm lucky that being 60 years old I can get quite lot on prescription. Other than that I have to make all my own food. Soups, curries, stews, beef burgers, meat pies and so on. It also makes me get a lot of diarrhoea so going out anywhere is very hard unless there are some toilets about. This is not a nice complaint and I would not wish it on anyone.
