"massive toothache"

About: University Of Bristol Dental Hospital

I arrived with a warning from friends all they will recommend is extraction. After a pleasant diagnosis and x ray... They did just that even after consulting a supervisor.... The 2 girls were pleasant and obviously still in training... (Which made me nervous of any recommendation)... I declined the extraction and found a dentist at end of day who was shocked of their diagnosis... I must stress the student dentists were pleasant and friendly... But if you want to keep teeth then avoid a visit.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your experience at the Bristol Dental Hospital. We are pleased that you found the staff to be pleasant at the hospital. We would like to assure you and all of our patients that an extraction is never recommended without being reviewed by a highly qualified and experienced dentist, and is always seen as a last-resort.
