"Need more support from Cannon House, Southampton"

The staff I meet at Cannon House seem inefficient and don't seem to care. I've been through some terrible traumas in my life recently and the staff gave me no help at all. All they did was pass me from one person to the next for assessments, then absolutely no help at the end of it.

The psychiatrist I saw at College Keep discharged me because he said my problems weren't bad enough for Cannon House. I had to make complaints and finally I was referred to Cannon House because I was led to believe this was where all the help was.

Now all they want to do is discharge me and they are fully aware I am highly vulnerable and suffer with severe depression. I am disgusted with their behaviour.
