I am sure I am not the first to complain about the new "Booking-In" procedure at the hospital. People with cancer and other serious illnesses have to park in the main car park, enter the hospital via the main entrance, book in and then have to make their way, through the hospital to oncology or chemotherapy wards- both a considerable distance you must agree. Before this new system, cars could be driven straight to the disabled parking bays which are near where they need to be. Cannot booking- for such patients be carried out via the appropriate department. After all It's only a matter of using a computer!
